William J McBorrough, MSIA, CISSP, CISA, CRISC is an Information Assurance and Cyber Security leader with an extensive background managing, designing, and implementing medium and large enterprise physical and information technology security solutions and programs. For more than 20 years, Mr. McBorrough has demonstrated success as an administrator, engineer, architect, consultant, manager and practice leader developing cost effective solutions to enable and support strategic and operational goals of client organizations in the areas of Enterprise Information Security Risk Management, IT Governance, Security Organization Development and Management, and Government Information Assurance and Compliance. His experience spans the spectrum from small e-commerce start-ups to multi-campus state and federal agencies to global financial sector organizations.
Mr. McBorrough is also Chief Security and Compliance Officer at Posture, Inc (https://www.postured.io) an innovative compliance management company using artificial intelligence and cloud-based solutions to help small businesses simply and manage security compliance programs.
Mr. McBorrough is the Founder of Next Gen Cyber LLC. Next Gen Cyber is a Cybersecurity Workforce Development Company dedicated to building the next generation of cybersecurity professionals. Next Gen Cyber was formed for one purpose — Bridging the cyber talent gap. He develops programs to help aspiring and current information security professionals gain access to career development coaching, discounted training and certifications, hand-on technical training, conferences and networking events, educational webinars, and job opportunities.
Additionally, his passion for education has driven him to serve on the faculty of various universities including University of Maryland University College, EC-Council University, George Mason University and Northern Virginia Community College where he has conducted research and taught graduate and undergraduate courses relating to cybersecurity, cybercrime, cyberterrorism, and information security and assurance.

Morris Cody, CBCP, CCSK, ITIL v3 is an expert in information technology infrastructure management. He has spent more than twenty-five years providing progressive IT leadership, strategic vision, and information technology management experience in diverse industries. His experience exhibits a record of strong achievements, thought leadership and significant contributions. He has been pivotal in developing relationships and synergies across IT organizations and business units, managing vendor relationships, implementing new technologies, developing departmental cost saving initiatives, and promoting innovative IT solutions to address business requirements. Mr. Cody has a passion for mentoring and building very effective senior IT & IS teams. Some of his competencies include, IT organizational leadership, vendor management, infrastructure management, Technology/Business Linkage, and Cybersecurity Policy / Governance. In addition, Mr. Cody develops and manage IS training and awareness programs, address security audit issues, manage the security risk analysis process, implement security policy management and configuration tools. He has been responsible for enterprise IS monitoring, investigation and analysis, identity management, and enterprise IS policies. He has also led major IT infrastructure projects such as data center relocation, data center consolidation, DR hot sites build outs, and implemented DR programs for large organizations and the federal government. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Organizational Management and a Masters of Science in Cybersecurity Policy. He is in Certified Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL v3), Certified Business Continuity Professional (DRI CBCP), and Cloud Computing Security Knowledge Certification (CCSK).

Major (RTD) Biah is also a highly decorated former US Army Combat Arms Officer with an expansive wealth of knowledge and extensive experience in the implementation of Physical and Cyber security initiatives to protect critical assets belonging to federal, state, and commercial clients. Major (RTD) Biah, a tactically and technically proficient former US Army Combat Arms Officer, has demonstrated honorable service of over 20 years of military service. His honorable service includes three combat duty tours to Iraq and Afghanistan where he led over 700 combat missions. He also completed a peacekeeping mission to Bosnia Herzegovina. His successful military career resulted in him earning numerous awards, citations and commendations for superior performance.
Principal Consultant, Information Technology Security
Rasaan James, CISSP, PMP, ITILv.3 is an Information Assurance and Cyber Security leader with an extensive background driving proactive security initiatives in a variety of organizations while participating in the development of progressive security architectures and policy framework solutions which directly support business objectives. For more than 15 years, Mr. James has generated a successful track record in the application of enterprise risk management across industry verticals to ensure the security posture of mission critical systems with various organizations. He has served in a variety of roles to include network engineer, security administrator, project manager, system certifies and system integrator. Each of these roles has contributed to the breadth of experience Mr. James maintains in the areas of Enterprise Information Security Risk Management, Healthcare IT, Payment Card Industry Security, IT Governance, Security Organization Development and Management and Federal Information Assurance and Compliance.
Prior to his role at MCGlobalTech, Mr. James served as Lead Security Compliance and Vulnerability Assessment Engineer for a mid-sized government and commercial consulting firm where he provided IT and applications controls reviews, system security subject matter expertise, security and compliance auditing and engineering in a variety of industries. He successfully lead projects to develop and implement core cyber capabilities including security architecture, enterprise risk management, security and risk assessments, independent verification and validation, FISMA support and program management, software assurance, incident response, continuous monitoring and assessment and authorizations (C&A).
Mr. James is a member of the following industry professional organizations: The Howard County Technology Council (HTC), The Greater Baltimore Technology Council (GBTC), The Northeastern Maryland Technology Council (NMTC), and The Chesapeake Region Technology Council (CRTC). In addition, he is a member of the Maryland Infragard chapter and the Project Management Institute (PMI) Baltimore Chapter.

Dwayne Stepter is a seasoned technology executive who brings 20 plus years of experience providing solution architecture, network and system engineering, program and project management, technology training, marketing, sales and business development support in the Next Generation Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) for a variety of verticals. He has played leadership roles in the public and private sectors globally including management of domestic and international programs for a global satellite and network communications provider, management of technology integration projects for federal government agencies and management consulting across business and legal communities. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
